Being able to view the models from any angle, and in full 3D, makes a big difference to the client. As we evaluated different patio layouts, for instance, they could get a good feel for how they compared.
New material, new lighting, and all-new bar area. We did a lot of iterations and over the life of the project, and produced hundreds of high-resolution images.
The bar area was a particular challenge, as they wanted to see the effect of the LED lighting under the bar, and how it lit the glass bricks. We have every LED, at the correct intensity and distribution, along with properly modeled glass bricks. The Iray renderer worked overtime creating these images and did as accurate a job as is possible. The client was pleased, and the results were close to the final appearance, although they did change the brick somewhat.
