Welcome to your Independent Resource for PURE, RenderDrive and mental ray.
This is the Render Resource for ART VPS's PURE and RenderDrive products, and their mental ray offerings, which is an independent service provided by 4D Artists, and sponsored in part by Ray Farm, the RenderDrive Render Farm.

The world's largest PURE, RenderDrive and mental ray Users Group.
And, of course, the only PURE and RenderDrive Users Group, but that isn't the point. 
With the new close relationship between ART VPS and Mental Images, we've added 'mental ray' to the official topics of discussion here at the site. We hope this collaboration brings them both much success, and some great next-generation products. Check back often, as there is new content being added all the time! Here is a bit of what we have in the site...
- The Render Forum, is an on-line bulletin board system for sharing information on rendering technologies. It's brand NEW, so feel free to sign up and start participating.
- A User's Image Gallery. Join the site and you can create your own albums of your PURE or RenderDrive-created images! We have dozens on High-Resolution Sample Images, and invite you to add your PURE and RenderDrive generated High Resolution images, too.
- In Downloads, an in-depth 22-page "Review and Overview of the PURE and RenderDrive Systems."
- In Downloads, , "High Dynamic Range Images and Image Based Lighting in 3ds max and RenderPipe". This gives an overview of techniques for using Image Based Lighting in RenderPipe MAX, along with many sample renderings and screen captures.
